We moved into our new house just before the hard lockdown period. During this trying time, I struggled to decide on how our new house should look and what emotion it should reflect. Our family went through some rough times, losing family members, and it just felt wrong to have a happy house when everybody else was so miserable. A month ago, it was as if I realised that times need to change and our house needs to change to reflect new beginnings, happy beginnings and a second chance.
