We live on a farm with our three kids, and we moved into what I called a “Frankenstein House” because the roof was a total mess, and the house was so run-down. I saved up for years to have the roof professionally fixed by Northern Roof Erectors. Just Services then sealed and painted the roof with New Roof Cool. I bought a front door on special and hired JP van Niekerk to install it. I ordered an awning online and asked my dad and husband to install it!
Overall, I think it went from a very shabby house to something that is much more sophisticated – the dark grey offsets the greenery in my garden so beautifully, and it also hides all the imperfections much more than when it was white. If I had a bigger budget, I would have done so much more but I did the most I could with the time and money I had.
