When we bought our house, it had an incomplete boundary wall without any gates. The house had no street appeal. This will be our second project after changing the flow of the house (moving doors and closing walls). We had two contractors who worked on the project, which was supposed to last six weeks. This was to secure the one side of the wall that was cracked, build five 1.8m-high pillars and a garage wall with a 7m carport partially attached to the house. The project took three months to complete. However, the electrical work is partially done.

Budget Breakdown:
Cement, sand, bricks, reinforcing bars, beams, brackets, IBR roof sheets, roof nails, waterproofing material, roof trusses, garage door, wood, varnish, nails, angle iron, two-way intercom, gate latch, cables/wire, water-resistant distribution board, outside light, x4 solar wall-mounted lights, paint, poly filler
