We’ve been living in this house for six years, and finally decided to do some much-needed quality of life improvements. We are still busy, but this is some of the progress so far.
Kitchen: we moved the kitchen to the rarely used ‘dining room/storage room’. We had to remove a wall to make it open plan with the lounge/dining room. I designed the kitchen using online tools. My contractor supplied and installed everything. It’s about 90% finished.
Bathroom: we replaced the toilet, bath and basin, and retiled the entire space. I really love the textured white tiles and grey wood-look floor tiles.
