Poolside Oasis: A stunning transformation

My vision for this renovation involved removing the surrounding trees to open up the space and allow for ample sunlight to bathe the pool area throughout the day. By eliminating the shade and embracing the natural light, the pool area has undergone a dramatic transformation, becoming a vibrant and inviting entertainment hub. Another reason for removing the trees around the pool was due to the excessive foliage clogging up the pool cleaner and filters constantly.

Paving was a crucial element in this project, as it not only adds a touch of elegance but also enhances safety and functionality. The choice of grey tones complements the surrounding environment while providing a cohesive backdrop for the other elements to shine.

To lend a touch of opulence and create a serene ambiance, I decided to paint the pool a deep, rich blue. This colour not only adds depth and allure to the water but also complements the surrounding landscape, evoking a sense of tranquility and luxury.

One of the key features of this renovation is the installation of a pool light. This addition allows for the pool area to be enjoyed well into the evening, creating a magical atmosphere. With customisable lighting options, it can transform the pool into a mesmerising display, evoking different moods for various occasions.

Moving beyond the pool itself, I focused on curating a harmonious aesthetic by selecting outdoor patio furniture that effortlessly combines style and comfort. The carefully chosen pieces feature durable materials, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Durable pool loungers provide a cosy spot for sunbathing.

To provide shade and shield from the sun’s rays, I incorporated a sleek cantilever umbrella into the design. Its contemporary design not only adds an architectural element but also serves a practical purpose, allowing guests to relax in comfort while still enjoying the poolside ambiance. This stunning addition completes the oasis-like feel of the transformed pool area.
